A partner of Gordian Group since 2004, Dennis McGettigan brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Mr. McGettigan has testified as an expert in valuation and solvency, most notably in respect of a multi-billion dollar insurance company rehabilitation proceeding.
Mr. McGettigan’s background is in financial advisory, financial opinions, litigation support and financial remediation transactions — working with clients across a broad range of sectors including retail, telecommunications, metals and mining, and financial assurance. Mr. McGettigan served as the director of security-specific research for Distressed Debt Investor™ for four years, where he provided buy-sell recommendations on more than 60 corporate debt issues. He delivers years of experience with complex structured finance asset classes.
Education
Mr. McGettigan received a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from Columbia Business School, where his academic honors include the Dean’s List and Beta Gamma Sigma.
