Situation

Gordian Group is currently advising a regulator of a major mortgage insurer.

Engagement

Much of our work involves: (i) the assessment of potential losses associated with the insured portfolio and resulting capital adequacy issues and, (ii) advising the regulator with respect to various requests and filings made by the regulated company.
